New Client & Specialty Services Deposit Policy

FOR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SERVICES A CLIENT MUST PROVIDE A DEPOSIT AS DESCRIBED WITH FULL UNDERSTANDING THAT SHOULD THEY NOT ADHERE TO THE POLICY THEY WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT (i.e. A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT). PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE BUSINESS HOURS AND WILL NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WEEKEND HOURS AND DAYS WE ARE CLOSED WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HOLIDAYS.

INFINITY Ultrasound procedures: $100 deposit, non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 BUSINESS HOURS prior to the scheduled appointment time.
TENNESSEE VETERINARY SURGICAL SERVICES: $500 deposit, non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 BUSINESS HOURS prior to the scheduled appointment time.
NEW CLIENT: $50 deposit, non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 BUSINESS HOURS prior to the scheduled appointment time.

This policy is non-negotiable as the fees are assessed by the Specialists. Late cancellation/forfeiture of deposit may result in a specialist refusing future appointments for your pet. *
